Is Ironwood diverse in terms of racial and gender representation? I see companies posting that they are committed to diversity but when you drill down and look at their boards and executive teams, the actual representation falls short of their claims of diversity and inclusion. Where does Ironwood stand?

Dude, I am not stating any facts or false news. I am asking a question. If I am to work here I want to know if it is a good place. Do you feel there is diversity and inclusion? Is Ironwood a good place to work?

Sadly that’s not always the case. Get real.

Ever heard of public relations? Communications and HR probably push for these statements to be made. “Actions speak louder than words.”

Actions speak louder than words. Hm. Okay here is the question. How many blacks or women are on your board of directors? On your executive leadership team? How many blacks in your company?
This is just a simple series of questions. I am not accusing anyone of anything. Every company should be asking themselves this constantly, and striving to turn words into actions.

Hey douche? Do you go on NBA blogs and complain about diversity and inclusion of Caucasians, Asians, and Hispanics?

    What a silly post
As a shareholder, I really don't care how many "blacks" or "women" as you say are on the board of directors. They could be all black...all men....all women. I really don't care. I want the BEST PERSON in that role. I want the people who are placed in these roles based on their abilities, not their race or gender.

YES! That goes for college admissions, open job positions at any level, and even who should run our cities and Country. It’s not about what an individual Is in regards to demographics but who they are and what they are capable of doing in that job role. Qualifications should be the basis! People need to want to earn a position and role not just be handed something. Integrity/pride/respect

The funds our region was given to donate we have decided to give to the Portland federal officers families who lost their vision from the Antifa rioters and the rest we are giving to Blue Lives Matter.

I told you this was coming. If you have not been looking for another job, then that is on you. IW has been one blunder after another and things have come to a head.
