Hi. This was my post. Is there really no legitimate feedback for working at schein?

This all means that you take night classes at a 4th tier university

Where I went has never and will never be a topic of conversation to my clients. Unless you have designs on becoming a partner in a public accounting firm, where you earn a degree is inconsequential. But as a smelly rep, you probably struggle to figure out how much you can mark down cotton balls so your indifferent accounts don't order online.

What's it like to spend 30k a year on a marketing (vocabulary) degree just to end up at Schein? LOL. You are the butt of the joke, my friend.

How do you know that I am a rep, stupid? You tried, but you were wrong. You're presumptive and an idiot. Looks like I was right about your bullshit degree. Good luck with your University of Phoenix alumni connections.

Good company but you’re under a microscope. Very short leash.

Thank you. Short leash as in tough goals or as in you’re micromanaged?

    Both. Not micromanaged. Super micromanaged.

Without asking for your specific area, any chance this is local to you? I appreciate your time.

Area could mean half the country.

Company is pretty well known all across to be hands on.

Scheiny Heiny? Still carrying a bag? I take three meetings to pick one client. Sort of like a reverse auction for my services.

    That's what value looks like.

ok, "leadership"- if you say so.

Miserable TSMs need not stay here.

Then I guess your options are cattle call hiring to replace most of the sales force or full frontal lobotomy.

How about miserable, shook beta managers that snipe at frustrated employees on message boards? Do they need to stay?

They can go, too. Anonymously complaining on a message board is the ultimate beta move. So, move along. Bye bye!

TWO years later, and this “Bridge to Success” is still a total poop-show. Half the Schein dental reps I know are looking to jump off the HSD train. So much distance between Corporate and reps since mgmt change in 2018, it’s unsalvageable. They have NO clue. New President and VP, gone.

what do you mean? Nothing screams this all worked more than all the new leaders being fired and putting the old one back as GM

looks like some people were pushed off the bridge

how about the fact that our global ceo left and leadership pretends that didn’t happen
