    You must be referring to bard, our growth this year has exceeded our forecast by a lot.

    How’s brevera going? Any more delays? Recalls? Holds or massive returns LOL! What a POS, thank you launching that garbage.

    Statistically speaking, in an industry that grows 1-2% a year at best we are projected for 10% growth beating our 6% projection coming into 2019. So which one of you bums are we stealing all this business from?

    Looks like Vizient pricing is no longer available to Mammotome. Too bad as
    Some IDN’s and RFP require that pricing first. Also saw a couple more reps leave On LinkedIn. Too bad. My guess is that it won’t be the last. Picked up a juicy account in Alaska (rep gone), thank you.

    First, I feel for you having to cover Alaska... Second, old reps that can't produce anymore are welcome to leave. Lastly, enjoy vizient pricing with no increase for a decade. We chose to go local and provide contracts per account which alone has exceeded almost every reps quota alone.. I will let you take the time necessary to understand that by doing this, our company inadvertently allowed us to BLOW OUT our number just by re-doing contracts.. lol what you doing?

    well since they are the global leader in biopsy, have the #1 tissue marker in the world Hydromark and better biopsy products than the competition I would say yes.

    Does upper management care about any of the turn over? There's constant turn over at the corporate office and some turn over in the salesforce.

    Mammotome Biopsy got lucky this year with the Bard backorder otherwise they would of NEVER won all the accounts that they did. Count your blessing with luck this year Mammotome.

    Mammography IS boring and so is Mammotome's products. I hope Breast Cancer get all the cures it needs but this is a boring space. Maybe Mammotome upper management could speak to some of the turn over for some JUICE IN THE GOOSE..... booooooyyyah!

    Half of sales is luck, Bard and Hologic have totally shit the bed, that wasn’t till the summer tho and even before that we were outpacing our goals. Now it’s ridiculous, I’ll take 200% to plan any day. Sounds like you left or got fired at the wrong time.

    There is always turn over in sales, it’s just the nature of the industry. Luckily the turnover seen this year has been either underperforming individuals or those were minimal effort contributors. Home office and FSO in general. New blood is a welcome change to the complainers and excuse makers.

    They have, underperforming reps and middle management needed to go. If they can’t cut it in this boring space than good riddance. I’ll take my insanely achievable quota and not be micro managed any day.

    Can’t wait till next year, multiple new products in all spaces. They have, under performing reps/managers got canned or put on plans so they quit. I’ll take double my comp anyway. You got fired the wrong year.

    There was extremely tenured managers who left and did extremely well at Mammotome. They did not get canned so SPEAK TO THAT; I know for a fact. There are reps at Mammotome who have been given extra commission because upper management knows big accounts can kill a territory quota in the middle of the year.

    Your probably in a territory that had a Bard back order and got lucky. Show some real sales skills from start to finish.

    Hologic is winning a lot of accounts, just wait until it come's to your territory or region. Your probably one of the mediocre reps or managers that got hooked up with Bards back order.
