Is that the best you have? Clearly you are an idiot

The best? No. I’ve got plenty better than that. That was just really easy.

Jason is toxic and creates a toxic work environment. Ask anyone on the GI team how they feel working in that division. They all want out and are too afraid to say anything or ever put it in a survey. He’s a pig covered in lipstick.

Not sure that’s his fault. The GI team was a mistake - another faulty expansion idea that you have to dig through the trash to hope to find a crumb of ROI. Good salespeople went over to that team only to realize now that they aren’t really doing anything for CG. He’s just the one in charge of the ship to nowhere.

Jason on the GI side sounds like Jeremy’s twin whose on the PCP side

Both are toxic and create a hostile toxic work environment.
This is so typical of the Exact Science Leadership

Too many people in leadership roles that they are simply unqualified for. Take Rob F - in an AD role, but still acting like he’s the OH AM.

How so? Never heard anything but good things from his teams.

When your teams are doing well, and people are envious of your career trajectory, the haters come out?

Where is the wonderful HR department??
Why are they allowing this abusive work environment to continue ???

They are working on real issues, not wiping up tears from Cafe Pharma crybabies.

I think you are confusing liking someone with their competency for the job. He’s running a Region while still playing favorites with his old Area. Double standards.

This isn’t about hating anyone. It’s about being an AD vs an AM.

I happen to be a new member of his region. I'm also fairly new to the role and don't have standing with him. It might seem like he's playing favorites but at the end of the day maybe he's relying on people that he already trusts and has a relationship with?

Don't be salty because y'all aren't getting the promotions you're looking for. It's a pandemic. If you can't pivot and figure things out, don't be pissy that you're also not the one management's coming to when they need someone

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I don’t care if he likes me or not. I’m not looking to curry favor with anyone. ADs come and go at this company. But, when you let your former team members break the rules and hold others to a different standard, that’s a problem and that’s playing favorites.
