    Who else can’t get their iTero rep to schedule a demo? do you feel like they are trying to steal the leads you provide?

    this relationship sucks. They have A genuine disincentive to work with us and we don’t make shit if we don’t close one.

    I have sent my iTero rep 6 different leads over the past few months. Everyone of them he has told me he is already working with. Funny how none of my leads mentioned knowing anything about the iTero scanner before i spoke with them, much less knowing the iTero rep.

    Best thing for you to do is make sure those leads know what the ZBD price and incentives (Implants etc) are and tell them if they want To purchase to do it from ZBD

    Ahhh, there's a problem with your recommendation. You are ass-u-mi-ng that dentist wants to place your implants. Bet what I'm about to say has been happening: Itero rep - "Hey doctor, I tell you what. I know you have other options other than iTero out there. Also, I bet you rather not be flooded with Zimmer Biomet implants, I know, their history of dishonestly and failures has tainted your thoughts of once two proud and reputable companies. So, here's what I will do. I will come up with a matching proposal if you come on board. I can waive or discount the annual fee, or discount the purchase outright, or perhaps we can work out a deal should you need 2 scanners." Guarantee that is happening.
