Received a call about an opening. How is this contract? How are bonuses? Company culture?

 

I’m shocked this contract hasn’t ended yet. Most everyone here is trying to get out. Management will come up with all sorts of “creative” and basically illegal ways to withhold bonuses. The pay is 60k-ish, regardless of territory. Bonuses suck. Company culture is garbage. It’s well-known around here that rankings are manipulated to reward the favorites and punish the reps they want to push out. Trx is just moved on an excel worksheet like chess pieces. If you play the game & kiss the right asses or you’re DTF or willing to party at the POAs, you’ll probably get a bonus, atleast once or twice but it’ll be at the expense of one of your team mates. In a post-COVID environment, no docs care about this silly gout drug that costs them too much time to write & their patients too money at the pharmacy. I’d wait for something else if I were but if you need a paycheck sure go ahead. No job security here though, like I said I’m shocked the contract hasn’t folded yet. I wish it would, just to end all of our suffering

Sounds like you need to get your lazy ass off of Cafe Pharma and onto Indeed. Go find a new job or stop bitching and waiting for this contract to end. It’s pathetic.

 

Almost a month and a half into Q4 and still no numbers. Hmmm
