What are the selection criteria? If you had a choice, would you stay or go?

The Chief Human Resources Office of Organon, Aaron Falcione, will have the most to say and the final decisions on who goes over...:D:D:D

Based on the use of past tense in this statement from the Q&A on the New Co. site, sounds like decisions have been made -

    • Merck and MSD Leaders worked with appointed NewCo leaders to evaluate the needs of NewCo and place employees into NewCo positions. They used consistent selection criteria that considered things such as familiarity with NewCo's portfolio, expertise, location, level, and career interests. The process ensures all employees are treated fairly and adheres to all legal, labor and regulatory requirements.

Anyone think the company shows a total lack of respect for people by not sharing more info on the structure at Organon ??

They demoted AF because of his relationship with MR and VN was behind it. Fact. Also, AF started this post. Fact.

Demoted, really? Still pushing this, even after he has been named the Chief HR Officer of Organon? Hint: that means he is the top HR person...

Why are you so sensitive about it then, Aaron? You’ve been demoted from one of the most reputable names in pharma to one nobody’s ever heard of. In a few years, Merck will still be around, but Organon will be sold-off, or bankrupt.

They took back his Air Jordan’s and gave him a pair of second-hand Sketchers and told he was king of turd island. LOL!!!!!

Umm... it’s a demotion because he’s literally been sent to a spin-off to sell knock-offs.

Some people on this board should have been politicians with the way they are trying to spin this as a demotion...but remember this, many of you will be joining him at Organon, where he will be head of all that is HR. This is a stepping stone for Aaron, he wanted it...

Translating newspeak - Leaders colluded to cut deadwood and costs to export them to a new entity. Outcast people to dying products with margins which will shrivel up. Same subjective criteria as in year end review process was always consistently applied. The process ensures companies are not exposed to litigation.

Sandy Milligan to head R&D, that will really drive innovation <snort>.
She must have given Ken a nice sloppy one for that job.
