What are the selection criteria? If you had a choice, would you stay or go?

yes crickets from those predicting Aaron's demise, mostly likely crying in some dark corner, waiting to hear their fate....

 

Based on the use of past tense in this statement from the Q&A on the New Co. site, sounds like decisions have been made -

• Merck and MSD Leaders worked with appointed NewCo leaders to evaluate the needs of NewCo and place employees into NewCo positions. They used consistent selection criteria that considered things such as familiarity with NewCo's portfolio, expertise, location, level, and career interests. The process ensures all employees are treated fairly and adheres to all legal, labor and regulatory requirements.

 

They have, next round of announcements coming shortly...this round will be by far the most employees announced to date...

Demoted, really? Still pushing this, even after he has been named the Chief HR Officer of Organon? Hint: that means he is the top HR person...

 

Why are you so sensitive about it then, Aaron? You’ve been demoted from one of the most reputable names in pharma to one nobody’s ever heard of. In a few years, Merck will still be around, but Organon will be sold-off, or bankrupt.

Some people on this board should have been politicians with the way they are trying to spin this as a demotion...but remember this, many of you will be joining him at Organon, where he will be head of all that is HR. This is a stepping stone for Aaron, he wanted it...
