Had a call with my manager yesterday, my manager seemed like a cheerleader over the Cal Ripken Jr. Marketing Campaign. I played along, but we all know this will move the test volume needle zero percent!
I have already spoken to my doctors and they could care less about Ripken. What they care about is patient bills, dishonest medicare bills, PAP's, paystubs, and lying about TriCare coverage. Doctors across the country do not trust ExosomeDX/Bio-Techne, and why should they?
Management denial is at an all time high. I'm really starting to think that management lives in another solar system. Nice waste of money fighting like Cal!

 

this is our biggest problem. Trust amongst the LUGPAS. Bad policy has destroyed trust across the country. Trust & volume have a direct relationship.

Management is awful, and the pay doesn’t get any lower in the industry.
If that’s not enough their NSM is the worst in the industry and has no business experience as an NSM, which is why the company is failing.
