Applied doesn't need reps. That pathway of influence is so that the new generation of phone reps can take over your job. Said knows that you can't get into the hospitals. How many of you do not have active vendor credentials???? Most of you can't even say "learns from live human tissue" properly.
It's shocking how many hospitals have kicked Applied Medical out or banned the reps. What do they teach them in training out in California? Ethics should be added.
Medtronic and Ethicon are letting go of people too. Really only need 1-2 reps to cover a district. Not like Said selling any of those unwanted empty buildings to save the 58yr old loser reps
They can’t get rid of Carpenter, he is literally the Kool Aid man. A Fat Spokesman for a water downed drink/energy device that everyone points and laughs at behind his back and to his face. I worked for him few years ago, glad I Left when I did. this stuff gives me a solid read
A layoff would be the best thing for everyone here. Place is a mess. Management is a disaster. Reason why Voyant has failed and why stapling will fail as well. With these clowns running the company, you really think they can take down a J&J or Mdt. Stop fooling yourselves.
This is even desperate by Applied standards. DG has literally no plan. That's the final straw for me. I'm job hunting. This company is on its last legs.
I'm sure they will be looking for jobs now. Nobody in their right mind would take a demotion and have to sell Voyant.
The young reps aren't going anywhere. They haven't learned what a real company is or what you can make when you leave. Maybe we need a new verbatim. I have never seen a company use verbatim in all my years in medical.
