I tend to agree with you. I have been with the company for a few years now, specifically at the Arlington Facility. It astonishes me how much the workers here get away with. "Much" being not much at all. The amount of money Wright is paying these people to just walk around to each other and complain is appalling. I work in production, and I work hard, I give it my all, I am motivated by myself, to give 100% at least. Yeah, there are days I'm not feeling it, but those are few and far between. I do my job to the best of my abilities, but I look around and everyone doesn't feel this way. I'm not trying to say I am better, because there are people besides myself that do this. We put passion into our work, because it's ours, we take pride in the parts we make.
Yet, there are people that literally walk around to talk to people, "making their hourly rounds" I like to call it. These people are where it's starts to become apparent that parts of management aren't worth anything. These people should have been controlled when they started to do these things. They should've been stopped.
I worry that Stryker will see the amount of neglect that has taken place with the workforce and deem it a lost cause. I worry that everyone will be summed up together, like you so happily did, and all have the same consequences. Don't misunderstand, this isn't just with production, this all of manufacturing. Engineering, maintenance, management, inspection. Everyone at the facility.
This neglect isn't just a problem at the Arlington Facility though, it is also Cherry Road. There is simply just too many people, too much overhead for such a small company comparatively. Stryker will clean house, but like me, you shouldn't feel safe.

No, you misunderstand. No hate for the Irish .I've been to Cork and they're great folks. There are just a couple of lying sacks of $h!t who happen to be Irish.
