The vacancies in TS don't matter. That division is gone in 2021. There will be a few back filled over to TN and TP but most will be gone.
I normally just look at CP for laughs but after today's town hall I feel like this info is on the money. Quite a non answer when asked about Specialty backfills, weird way to drop the bomb though.
This is just the start of a reorganization. It's on it's way. Do not doubt it. Oncology is as good as gone. There will be a major layoff/reorg. in the next 6 months. The Town Hall laid out their plan for you. The larger territories scenario is a layoff. No other way to achieve it. Those Veeva Engage calls will ax the numbers of reps needed.
