Lots of new tools and fools on the Team page; including one retread. BD must be desperate to come back to that shithole.

Everyone who works at allcrappy is desperate. It was the most miserable place I ever worked.

Was wondering how things were going at the nightmare known as alcami. So i checked the glassdoor reviews.
I see HR is still writing fake reviews. Once sentence per section, mind you.

    Has me sold.

One sentence is all they can mange. Too little brain power to write a paragraph.

What they do know is BOHICA, and are happy to provide as much abuse as needed.

I don't want it again. I did not want it the first time that is why I left that shit hole and the assholes who run it. New crop of assholes but the mistreatment is the same.

I was telling a coworker what a shithole it is. He couldnt believe half of what i was telling him. Even though it was 100% true.

it really is amazing that this place still exists. Even more amazing the top brassholes havent figured out the problem at the local level. (Read: GT SLT)

It is not just GT. This is a company wide problem that results in low morale and high turnover. That turnover creates quality issues and costs allcrappy a lot of money. Training is expensive, new employees are more likely to make mistakes, rework due to quality problems costs money.

This will never be solved because as a fourth rate bottom feeding organization allcrappy can't afford talented management and can't keep anyone with options elsewhere.

They have a dream team going on!! Wonder how long Madison Dearborn Partners will put up with the company breaking even or losing money.

Well at least two years now. BUt who knows how long they have been trying to dump it.

MDP. You screwed up. Swallow your pride, take the loss, and move on. Maybe the former ‘dream team’ can come back and buy it.

btw how is the turnover rate these days? That time of the year when people watch all their friends enjoying life while they finish writing deviation reports

They should have dumped this turd on Juneteenth, manumission from bad management and a poorly run business

That is ancient history, we have our own problems and a new bunch of A-holes to deal with.

Hard to believe it has been 3 years. No more nightmares, PTSD events all a thing of the past.
GT still a mess, I suspect. It is hard in a CDMO environment to reverse the attrition rate because that involves money - getting talent, training talent, retaining talent - and building systems. It will always be the MASH unit of the industry.
Too bad, I really liked the surroundings. And with APIs coming back to the US, this could really be a gold mine.
But no one has a vision beyond the numbers at the end of the month.

Approaching my 3 year anniversary. After leaving. Decided to see whats up. Looks like nothing changed. Except of course every employee (guessing here) except a few at the top and some low level peeps who either dont giveafuck or have no other options. Keep on truckin’.

I've been gone longer than that. Eta would have cause us to cover our desk with plastic because the roof leaked and there was no money to fix it.

I am sure it is still a crappy little company.

Yes and getting smaller every day. ONE UP SIDE: Spinning of the G-town API site in October reduced the amount of bitching on this board. The European site was sold before G-town.

No such place, but it's a great fairy tale to scare the children. Go fuck yourself
