On you saying, “be professional “ , these recruiters treat reps with such disrespect!! Most don’t have decency to email you back.. like maybe 3 sentences! They don’t realize how we are trying to be hopeful on everything they are telling us....then we get ghosted!! That’s not professional or deserves respect. Some ppl live from paycheck to paycheck and you are sticking up for that unprofessional behavior from a recruiter???? Shame on you, especially knowing how this industry is....there are good ones But as of today there are more bad ones with no conscience!! Karma is bitch, wait to experience a recruiter who doesn’t give shit!!
