I’ve got a digital interview for a strategic systems lead, and not exactly sure what that even means? Anyone care to shed light? Is it managing a team? What’s the comp?
The SSL focuses on a single, large system that may involve multiple hospitals and surgery centers. You team with local reps, but there is no management function. Not sure about this, but I believe SSLs only have MBOs, not quotas.
It’s the first position in the field to be laid off when we go through another reorg. No one has any idea what they do or what value they provide
I don’t know, you’ll have ask the company pushed women in these roles.... most haven’t even been in territory for more than 2 years before this made up SSL position was made. I would stay away from this position. No joke. I’ve been here for 20 years and this position screams layoffs. Clearly was created for “diversity”
Are you diverse? ‘“Non white male” ? Then you're probably fine. However if you are a white male, expect to be told to your face your a P.OS. And sit for years. While everyone else runs right past you and totally under-qualified.... that’s jnj
