Actually you are wrong! The best managers are here right now. We have never had a better leadership team. Yell at me later for drinking the Kool aid, but we are really doing awesome. The worst managers have left and I thank my lucky stars every day.

Funny. The worst was JZ. He told us we smelled like a shit sandwich. Real winner. So glad he was recruited away from from us. Let's say it was a freaking blessing. I hope he is making someone else's life horrible.

I think LEO hires pretty good managers. Had a few hiccups but they are not here anymore

she’s pretty chill, NYC performs very well so there’s never any pressure or tough talks

Texas DM the only one worth anything on the west, maybe the new Northwest one

texas was rock bottom under the old one, now they’re fastest growing (from 1 to 2 scripts but improvement is improvement)

crazy what actually showing up to work can do, someone show California or the Midwest how to show up!

 

he replaced someone who actively undid good work reps were doing, all he had to do is have a pulse and not actively hinder his reps. I guess that’s a good job at Leo?

 

Have a pulse? Lol. That’s a good way of putting it. Gerald G is practically illiterate. But hey! That makes him fit right in with the executive leadership team at this place.

 

No rep on cafe pharma likes their manager or likes marketing, they are always the dumbest people, right? Let me tell ya, it gets way worse than GG and that is speaking from experience.
