Are we about to be sold/laid off?

First my manager tells us we can’t roll over vacation and now she is telling us we need to use all of our vacation as soon as possible. If we can’t roll over vacation to next year, why would they be concerned that we use it up ASAP?

Obviously you’re new to this whole “career” thing. If routine things like being reminded to use all your vacation before the year ends scares you this badly...Burger King is calling my friend.

I was wondering too. I want to roll over my four weeks I have left into next year.

Love the sarcasm from the guy who can’t even read. OP wrote “we need to use up all vacation as soon as possible.” I can attest to that because my manager said same thing. That is different than being instructed to use it up by end of year and I agree it is a peculiar request. Do you even work here or are you one of those loser trolls who post crap on other companies boards because you can’t get a job in the industry?

Peculiar, Really? Is it truly that novel of an idea that a small company may not to want all of its employees taking vacation at the same time? Isn't there enough fear mongering in the world right now?

Who would want to buy a POS narcotic company right now? Even Dirty Don Trump could not bribe his way to make this company a success.

The writing is in the wall. Prescriptions have essentially been flat for a year. All these Managed Care wins don’t move the needle much. HCPs no going to ER Oxycodone anymore and when patients switch of OxyContin due to insurance they find a way to go back to OxyContin within 3 months. Any gain is short lived. This is going downhill fast and the “leadership” has no clue. Always blaming the reps...wake up...it’s the opioid marketplace ...it’s doomed. XER a great drug, but nobody cares...

No company lets you roll over 4 weeks vacation. Usually it is five days or less.

Why are we paying reps to sit home on their asses when they should be out pushing narcotic sales?
    Downsizing coming Jan 1.

Two companies looking to acquire us: Insys and Purdue.
    Stay tuned.
They seem to be the only ones looking for new narcotics to sell.

I hear mogul Lester Green is planning on buying Collegium. Has anybody else heard this?
