Hey nsd, why havnt you replied? You said i i needed to watch my back... you were all ballsy thinking you were a badass, hoping i i wouldnt reply. I repied, schooled you and no response. Your move, let the sales force see your wit, smarts, leadership qualities... Maybe get one of your yes men to reply for you.

all that can be said is that this company is beginning to resemble the Titanic. If COVID was not in place it would be glaring the gaps that exist in leadership. the NSD thinks he runs the world and is in completely way above his head. He is not fit to have a district manager role at a big pharma oncology company good thing he is the captain of the ship.

cheap and dumb fits! Bova failed us! Its funny how companies hire idiots that don't simply know basic things. Investors you were misled by incompetence. I love how management is blaming the sales team for their incompetence. The regional managers are just yes men that tell cheap and dumb what he wants to hear. Have a valid concern or complaint? Don't tell your incompetent manager as if they actually bring it up to cheap and dumb you are a trouble maker and will be put on a plan. Cheap and dumb has failed us as his only idea is more reach and frequency. We have some sharp reps here, be careful cheap and dumb sees you as a threat. The turnover is about to begin unless Bova fires cheap and dumb now.!

oh, by the way cheap and dumb, this ain't GlaxoSmithKline, you were protected there, you thought you were smart enough to step into biotechnology. You are learning "reach and frequency" actually doesn't work. In your mind, why pay good reps the value they deserve, ie...they earned by actually being knowledgeable and standing against status quo, thats actual leadership. You come from reach and frequency with clueless reps you control. Your shocked when some of your managers don't tell you what you want to hear. Your use to clueless managers that are willing to stroke tiny pole. Guess what, many of us called it, cheap and dumb fits. You attempted small biotechnology and failed. Im certain its hard for you to go back to big pharma as now you are shunned as a yes man. You can't go to small biotechnology as you failed there. Its sad that your at this stage now and didn't learn this message when you started in the industry. You actually thought you were smart and respected. Guess what its a hard lesson to learn, you hired clueless managers as thats what your use too. Some of them actually hired good reps, they are actually confident in their abilities to get another job. I'm sorry your industry experience isn't valid in the biotech world. You should have stayed in big pharma. You didn't offer much value but you were safe. The biotech world is too smart for you.

I have never seen nor heard about such an inept leader as the NSD. I don’t think he is super dumb as he is smart enough to always have his 30 second “ elevator speech” prepared for Bova. If Bova cared enough to dig deeper he would realize. Do I think he is clueless with regards to oncology and a complex buy and bill: TOTALLY. Bova could and should have absolutely hired better leader and for his choice we all will suffer. The talent will begin to exit as no one wants to work for the inept NSD.

The good Reps and managers are all looking for new opportunities- one just left in NE. I heard some would quit with out another job. Good work NSD- your going to run off all talent. You will be left with your “yes man”. Does Liz or the board know your sinking the ship?

Another stellar example of leadership from the NSD... the RBMs give ANONYMOUS feedback on his management skills and current issues. Then the NSD gets on the weekly call with the managers and wants to know exactly which person said what about him probably so that he can retaliate . Maybe the new HR person can sort out the BS occurring.

There is no amount of feedback that can overcome knowledge. Our issue is his lack of experience in the biotech world. Thats why his reply is always a big pharma mentality. Good leaders hire better and trust the team. He is so gun shy now but managers are afraid to bring up real issues that benefit company. He only wants positive feedback. If it comes across negative you are targeted, thus you get what you get now.

I came here for the equity play. Between the stock tanking and the lack of knowledge in leadership it is becoming unbearable

If you kiss enough ass like the RBM in Atlanta then you might can save yourself. Seems like leadership promotes based on how much ass is kissed versus talent and knowledge. Good thing they got an HR person in here!!! The inmates have been running wild.

Cheap and Dumb was called before we even launched. Incompetence is on his face. Hes really pissed because he knows we are right. He can't believe "this incompetent sales team" thats what he calls us is making him look bad. Whats really bothering him is he knows we are right. He thought he was smarter. Cheap and dumb will follow him throughout his career, embrace it " cheap and dumb" you earned it!

No one is going to touch this shit show. Where the hell is executive leadership? Are they just gonna let the NSD drive this straight into the ground. COVID saved his ass- all the gaps would be glaringly obvious— the biggest gap is talentless BLOB heading up sales

Bova is no better for hiring and secondly allowing him to stay employed. Incompetence at it's finest!

Jeff has bigger problems that the NSD- we can get around his ignorance. Market access is the bigger issue — that side is a cluster!

Jeff hired these bozos and if he can't manage appropriately then he needs to go. Why is it that washed up big pharma marketing folks move to another company and you expect a different outcome. Just because you have something on your resume doesn't mean your good at it.
