what does an average severance package look like for someone with the company for 5 years? Never been laid-off before, want to get an idea of what to expect. Thanks!

It’s one week per year of service up to 10 years.

Dipshit, clearly not Pfizer. It’s the enhanced separation. 12 weeks plus 3 weeks for year. Max 104 weeks. Health benefit at employee prices for three years. There’s more it’s on hr ondemand

Sweet deal with 3 years of guaranteed discounted employee group pricing for medical and then Cobra kicks in for 18 months. You are set with medical for 4.5 years no matter what they do with ACA. I would take it if they had offered it to me.

Not as sweet as it sounds. Sounds like you’re one of the lazy turds who plans on not working for 3 yrs.
