I’m a FRM and have been happy with Genentech for almost a decade. I regret interviewing to stay instead of taking the package and would NOT advise anyone to join this company. It’s become clear they they don’t respect our knowledge or relationships and are training the TAMs to take most of our responsibilities. Leadership is arrogant enough to think we can’t see it, conversely, we are a sorry bunch that are helping them sharpen the knives they’ll drive into backs.
