Today my manager informed me that they have to rank their team for a business review (I am on the medical side) my manager told me Inco already did this. After the business reviews are finalized and upper leadership is done theirs they will cut the bottom 15-20% of the medical/ Inco team. This is terrifying!
I’m told managers are now also going to be responsible for KPIs as well. Good maybe mine will back off me. Also, internal source told me there are deep cuts coming. Toronto has already started. LTC will fold under the Medical umbrella. Look for cuts against your counterpart in your geography.
Maybe they will keep burying us with teams calls about the same thing. The micro managing at every level of this company is demoralizing. I don’t even go into the field anymore because I have so many teams calls out in my calendar. I make everything up and bullshit my manager so they think I’m doing what is expected. I figure since I’m not making any bonus I’ll take my 85k a year (base salary) and sit at home. I can’t wait to get out of here.
