    Cons:

Loser management, shit products, and sales are in the crapper.

    Pro:

I haven’t left my house since March, 50 rounds of golf in so far, and management is clueless.

That’s because the same incompetent leadership exists. Meg and Wilbur know nothing about our space. Two total a-holes.

Micromanaged on next level from our manger! Please have some trust and leave us alone.

Love the bitching about being micromanaged but on the flip side complain about how management isn't doing anything for them. Depending on where you are in the country, most numbers suck so maybe a little prodding is necessary.

Glad they’re starting to see who are the ones that do jack shit All day collecting a paycheck- while some of us actually Work.

fake news! You don’t work. It’s impossible to spend more than 8 hours in a week taking about those shit products.

ie rep: Doctor do you prefer Floseal? Doctor: do I use floseal now? What’s cheaper? I could care less. Does conicelli represent floseal? He’s awful! Purchasing kicked him out as a rep.

You sound like a real idiot. You’re probably also a real bad sales rep.

Let’s focus on what’s important. If the Doctor was trying to communicate he/she had no lesser degree of caring available, he/she would have said “I couldn’t care less”. Saying “I could care less” implies, for example, he/she is currently caring at a Level 3 when it’s possible they could care at a Level 2 or lower. This is further explained in a new Allego video.

Ohhhh.... so it’s the fault of about 3 or 4 people why there will be a $30-35 million shortfall this year? Thank god for super reps like yourself, otherwise it would have been a $100 million shortfall.

No jnj backorder to save us this year.

News Flash! It is possible, especially when your micromanaged. Don’t we all preform better under a strict micromanagement, said no employee ever.

Nice use of levels and props on the Allego video. Good job!

Given the notion that our product sucks, which I don't agree but we'll go with your assumption, then tell us what Baxter should do? Your thought is to do nothing except gloat that you only work 8 hours a week and tell us all how much doing so sucks. So please, enlighten us all on your strategy because no one else seems to be as smart as you.

Slowly but surely the ones doing nothing will go. They’ll be uncovered - exposed and gone.

Wanna bet? There will be changes coming at years end. They'll use Covid as the reason to get rid of those they don't like and those that have been underperforming from before Covid.
