Leadership (w/ whatever balls you have or DON’T have) rather than over-goal and demoralize, invest in the F***ing Sales Force that took the risk from the beginning and is weathering the poor decisions that have been made so far in the middle of a Pandemic. Sad. Anyone that doesn’t have their head up their ass will be gone as soon as they are able.
