Check out the Pfizer thread. Looks like they cut an entire division starting in December! Novo has notified their RBD’s and others soon to follow. BI let go most of their respiratory division. Sunovion layoffs already occurred. More companies to follow.

just look at any sample closet if you’re curious to know who is aware that they are next on the chopping block.

Looks like a lot of companies are going to have layoffs this Fall and into next year. No rumors here yet, so it’s business as usual. The virtual thing must be working out which is great for us! Hopefully will will extend it to next year. I have grown accustom to my new work situation, and feel comfortable in it. 1 to 2 hours per day is all I can really handle. If sales continue to do a well as they did last quarter, we are set!

    Same here!!
I want to thank Dr Faucci who recommends we not work unil 2021

Awesome I agree with Dr. Faucci, great guy. Hey Dr. Faucci, I think the virus is going to our there until 2022 !!
recommend "work at home" for another year!! I work about an hour a day!! 2 hours if a doctor wants to talk which I usually discourage.

The virus is picking up again around the world. Soon, we will be dealing with it and the flu. Until the entire U.S. gets the vaccine, which will probably be well into 2023 because of the non-vaxers, we should be out of the field. I fear for my life and my family’s. I am working hard using VE. I log in my hours last week and I hit 8 hours! Top that!

Companies realize reps aren’t going to provide much ROI for the next 12-18 months.

At least 30% across the industry are going to lose their jobs, and hiring freezes will be the norm. Good luck with that.

I doubt it. We are doing great at Lundbeck, so I don’t think layoffs are imminent judging by the way our “leaders” think. If I was running the show, I would get rid of 50% of psych at a minimum, and give all the psych drugs equally to the reps that were left. NO MORE 2 REPS PER TERRITORY!

Merge Northera and the migraine people and let them sell both drugs after you cut them to the bone. Then, put together a virtual sells team that can sit at home and conduct virtual L&L’s and calls. I also would do away with company cars and go to a car allowance.

You have to admit my plan is amazing! ‘No need for applause, and no need to worry that it will ever be implemented. It’s business as usual at Lundbeck.

We need to get rid of 50% of Reps on the Psych side. Our partners need to do the same, as we are pissing them off calling for virtual appointments or visiting their offices.

Come on man, everyone needs multiple messages to use Rexulti for patients not controlled on SSRI alone. This is because we care about the patient.

Let’s face it, all we want to learn during the National Meeting is what our future will be like here at Lundbeck. Will they have a reorg soon?

Quit worrying about a reorganization! You are probably one of those reps that’s too afraid to have to venture away too far from Lundbeck and look for another job, or you are just to lazy to do it. As has been said on here many times before, we have never had an actual lay-off. The 11/18 deal was managers getting rid of reps they didn’t like or didn‘t drink their insane cool-aid. I quit Lundbeck a year ago, and I am on track to make more money than you ever could at Lundbeck.

Just sit back and pretend you can’t see docs in their offices anymore, enter a few fakes contacts in Veeva, and you will be good to go. Above all else, make sure you kiss your manager’s ass, convincingly!

Maybe Trump’s Executive Order on giving Medicare the lowest price won’t hurt too bad. Although, if you are in psych, you me-too drugs just may get hammered. And just remember, you are world class in all you do!

Another thread on here claims Pfizer already laid off last wk? Which is correct?
