Why is CS NOT in jail, like all the Insys employees? Why not RG??

Amazing that Insys did the same thing Purdue did (albeit a little more blatantly) and now, there's 6 (or more) of their execs in jail?

Could it be that "America's mayor" Rudy Gulliani somehow managed to negotiate no jail time? Guess Purdue was smarter in choosing their allies.

Such injustice should never be allowed in America!

It’s the American way, if you’ve got money and connections you’re basically invincible.

Amazing that all the way to the end they pushed reps to sell more or get fired. Rich S in the NE wouldn’t even go in some offices because the were so bad but never took them out my territory. Sell, go on a PIP or we will go thru your expense and fire you. At least we had options

IT"S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. The justice department would much rather have a billion or 2 of Sackler's cash than putting them in orange jump suits. A billion or 2 is a bit of a sting in their wallet, but I highly doubt they'll be selling their 20 acre family compound in Greenwich anytime soon or their $50 million apartment on fifth ave. The Sacklers probably have 5 billion buried in the dessert Haifa somewhere.

2022 might just be the year the Sacklers face the music. Nice to see the judge in New York overturn the bankruptcy BS. Put these criminals in jail.

Make them pay first. Then put them in prison.

Unfortunately, the BIG money they have, as we've all seen, buys BIG influences. If not for Rudy Giuliani (just after 9/11/2011, when he still had a great reputation), they would not have been able to sell their crap after 2007.

I wouldn't hold your breath. Their $$ will pay for more major BS'ers and they'll get away unscathed.

Unscathed? Their name is tarnished. They are seen as pariahs and have been ousted from New York society. The damage has been done to the Sackler name.

And the corrupt Bush justice department of 2007 isn’t in charge anymore. Time will tell what happens with criminal charges but they definitely will be paying BILLIONS in civil fines and are no longer shielded by bankruptcy protection. Plus they aren’t getting any patent extensions granted and no one is accepting their donations or putting their name on their buildings anymore.

Cry me an f'ing river. Poor little bastard billionaires..the great Sackler (sacks of shit) name is tarnished...while hundreds of thousands grieve their losses. All so the Sacks could add more money to their bank accounts.

Oh wait. .that's right...Arthur's father did tell him their good family name was a great legacy. Too bad.

The Sackler name will forever more be associated with corruption, addiction, death.

Try reading a book once in a while instead of relying on the BS fed to you by the Sacklers and their ilk.

Just curious which books you've read as I've never heard his name. You must be a genius
