Sincere question: How does upper management in all the pharmaceutical companies like BMY look the other way at the routine, wide spread THEFT by sales representatives and sales managers? It is criminal. In virtually any other job out in the real world, typically making far less, the person(s) would be fired without recourse. No questions asked. I'd bet, one third of the sales force could be fired today and the true productivity would not decline. So why does "Leadership" look the other way? What are the reason(s)?

I’m doing it now an loving it! I will be resigning when I acquire a social self-awareness that what I am doing is unfair. But after years at BMS I have lost my self awareness as well as my social net worth from all the brutal verbal beat downs from sales management (that’s right Marty and Brent - it is oncology!)
