This is such fantastic news - finally the government will quit being racist and make these companies pay if they force their racist agenda on us.

I just finished the training. It is what it is....but I was taken back a bit when the moderator volunteered her pronouns. It got me thinking....there should be rules or guidelines around when to volunteer your pronouns.....similar to rules around when to use reply versus reply all. So let’s say I am transitioning and halfway through I run out of money and I’m in some kind of he/she purgatory.....I should volunteer my pronouns then in order to clarify. Otherwise....if I volunteer my pronouns and it’s pretty darned obvious I’m just showing people how woke I am....and that’s kind of annoying. Just my 2 cents.

as in, maybe You’re not doing poorly because of your skin color... ever think of that?? maybe you just suck at sales and nobody likes you (as a person) because you’re claiming the victim all of the time?? Amgen is doing a pilot program with adaptive. Amgen has no contacts or connections so they are hoping the adaptive reps can give them some connections. I am in the middle of interviewing and hopefully will have a offer in the next 2 weeks. I am out of here!!!!!!

 

Does anyone else have an unconscious bias towards "anonymous" surveys? Why do we have to do another survey? Read this thread and you will get a pulse of how the company feels towards the training.

 

Let me encourage everyone to give their honest opinion on the follow up survey. They need to loudly hear that this training was politically biased.
