I was displaced the last time we had layoffs. Is the package the same? If it is, most of you should be glad. I know that can sound heartless right now bc you’re still absorbing what just happened but if the package is the same, between that, collecting, the extra $300 and whatever other COVID stimulus comes- you WILL BE BETTER OFF. Indivior is not the place it was. We ALL know that! Yes! Jobs are harder to come by right now and the market is more competitive but you are all great reps and will kind better jobs! I only know of 3 ppl who are not is much better situations in their new roles. Better pay, better managers, less bullsh*t.

oh, and was JO part of the lay-off?

 

Should be asking why the BH was not touched for the second time?

 

Should be asking why no one in the 25-39 age range was let go. They kept people who are new and have no relationships at a time it's important to build the business.

I would also like to add my blessings to all those put on the unemployment line. You can't have enough blessings.

 

The company is now run by boys with no integrity, in a mix of frat boy and bully mentality. No more guiding principles. What it needs is a hostile takeover of the board.

Do what you have to do. Lawsuits, SEC, OIG. The board is not looking out for shareholders.

 

When a company is courting suitors to buy a company, it trims the books. Historically in the Parma World that means:
1) cut Training Dept (✅)
2) cut/reduce Marketing (✅)
3)cut Field Sales/Mgmnt to bare bones(✅✅)
4)settle any outstanding litigation(✅)

Stop your moaning and bitching. Are you just lazy or stupid? The Core Values and Guiding principles Indivior was built on has been gone for 7-8 yrs. Stripped clean and brushed under a rug. Now nearly forgotten.
