ILD Market Expansion positions

Anyone know what these ILD Market Expansion positions are all about? They used to be filled with Ashfield reps. Are they serious positions or not?

 

Not sure wondering if internal candidates will have preference

 

These positions are the best specialty job in the company and have never been Ashfield. Internal candidates will get most of them.

 

You don’t even know what you’re talking about. The “Market Expansion” positions were previously filled with Ashfield reps. They primarily deal with disease awareness and driving the market. They aren’t the same as the ILD Consultant jobs. The Market Expansion jobs are considered “entry level” and if you’re already a TBS they are a lateral move. If you’re an Executive TBS it would require you to take a pay cut. Basically, massive territory for less pay.

 

Does part of training fall in time to receive a private screening of Top Gun II ?
I’ve heard the team building exercises will include establishing your call sign.
They only take the best of the best in that division. Heard that from Honeycomb; he’s a reliable source

This is true. But get a years worth of experience and get a easy 30-40k bump at a real company. The cheapness of this company is truly amazing. Also, heard that if you are executive you do not have to take pay cut.

Stay in your cushy job and then bitch about BI letting you go....Lateral move is, sometimes, better for your career in the long run. Don't act like a typical BI rep.

 

Oh the places you can go on the corporate ladder at BI. You can travel far and wide though to make a ladder that goes up, one must come from outside. Enjoy a virtual lunch with attendees and tell your whole team that you sold more products last night in your dream.
