Are we allowed to take a knee on this one?

This is for sure...vote like your life depends on it because it literally does.

  3. Woke capitalism = Marxism guised in “a movement”. Don’t be woke, be wide awake what’s at play here... Cheers

Please please please enlighten us why our lives “literally” depend on us voting. Can’t wait to be lectured by someone who is lucky enough to have a job in Pharma with a company who has paid you to sit at home with your family With 100% of your pay, with salary and benefits in the six-figure range, etc. Please share with us why we need to vote like our lives depend on it.

Why - because libs always exaggerate - they said this exact same thing in 2016, because if Trump won we would be in WW3, economy would crash, stock market would crash, everyone would lose their rights, etc. then when none of that happened, they rioted and burned stuff down. Look for same in 2020.

America’s abundance was created not by public sacrifices to "the common good," but by the productive genius of free men who pursued their own personal interests and the making of their own private fortunes. They did not starve the people to pay for America’s industrialization. They gave the people better jobs, higher wages and cheaper goods with every new machine they invented, with every scientific discovery or technological advance—and thus the whole country was moving forward and profiting, not suffering, every step of the way.

For all of these "micro aggressions" I sure see plenty of minority hires and promotions

Anyone else see the end of the video today where the black guy choked and slammed the white guy’s head against the bar...and shouted ‘sit the F down’ ? Is this what the day of reflection was about? Hmmm. I’m guessing people might have been ‘offended’.

Oh i will weigh in on this as i haven’t been sitting at home collecting a paycheck on the company since HQ/facilities did not stop. I don’t care if you are republican or democrat I am voting on what the nation and the US is supposed to stand for—the land of the free. That means freedom in all forms....equality in all forms. Just the opportunity to be treated fairly and respect others decisions even if it differs from your own.

Very sad that you point out that one scene as offensive. Guess you’re the type that would have gotten himself choked because you identify with being a racist and that people of color should be treated in that manner. It’s people like you that make us have to reflect on indecent treatment for non-white people.

    -Obey the law.
-Listen and follow directions of law enforcement.
-You are responsible for your interactions with law enforcement.
-You are not a victim, despite what they tell you.
-Do not run from law enforcement.
If you want racism to end, burn your race card. You’ve way overplayed your hand and we are entirely fed up. BLM/DNC are getting the bill for the riots and looting.

The bar for being called a racist is apparently very low and conveniently if you disagree with anything the left says, you are a racist. Most reasonable people are against racism but this is all obviously overkill.

So, Novartis bought more bricks and face masks in the name of people that resist arrest

The most disgusting display of self pity and woes me. The only systemic racism is encouraging minorities to feel like victims. BLM charitable org is Act Blue. Act Blue funds Dem candidates. Any money donated to BLM goes to Dem party. Novartis supports the dem party. Unbelievable this is happening in corporate America.

Those videos were so one sided and offensive, I feel like a major lawsuit is in the offing. Since when does corporate America have the right to lecture their employees about social justice? It was like a cult indoctrination. What made it more rich was the fact that Novartis claims the moral high ground after all of the established criminal activity and bias against women. Give us all a break and go back to making medicine. If executives want to embrace the Marxist BLM organization, that’s fine, just don’t tell me I have to swallow that load of crap and publicly agree. It’s offensive, intentionally divisive and blatantly opportunistic.

Hard to imagine Novartis is supporting a terrorist organization. BLM Burns,Loots and harass people eating dinner. This is the most corrupt company two CIA agreements in 8 years. Don't tell me how racist I am. This company has kept black people down. They let sexual harassment go on for years. They were sued for not promoting woman. Leadership look in the mirror you are the problem.

As a white male I recognize my white privilege and in the past have worked hard to use it to my advantage. But now I understand the hardships that African Americans face each and every day. I support the Black Lives Matter and to be honest I think they are actually more important than white lives at this point in history. We need more African Americans to be successful and show their beautiful culture.

I stand over Breonna, George, and all the others that have been murdered by the police and support defunding law enforcement and investing more in our communities! I personally thought the day of reckoning was great and I'm sincerely glad that I work for a company that recognizes how disadvantaged Africans are.

You should quit your job and give it to a person of color. People like you are all talk no action. You are the 1st people to call the cops. if you see a black person in your gated community. You are a joke.
