Anyone hear more about this stuff of fake contract swaps, senior leadership slashed all sales and doctors with a clandestine document that slashed severance packages superseding their contracts. Then lied to entire company about the need for cuts and changing people compensation because they had furtively came up with the plan a whole year prior and waited till a pandemic to execute. The new you can’t work in the United States noncompete for sales and I guessing physicians too. The upcoming production based contract for doc’s for 9 bucks a slide (heard different numbers). Some of senior leadership self dealing with IT contract.....seems plausible but looking to confirm if anyone has more to share. These are concerning rumors.....

I wouldn’t doubt any of it with this company....I over heard something about a erisa.....apparently you can put a noncompete in it. So company can seize your retirement and prevent you from competing.....allegedly it means us Boston people will have noncompete because federal trumps state law. You can’t sue because the company appoint an administer of the erisa And it’s company lackey in charge. Your only recourse is to go threw company complaint process which will go nowhere. So people in Texas some people can work south of Waco or within some mileage but that will gone too....National noncompete compete so I have heard. So all sales and docs and managers....maybe they have slipped in fine print already but I believe this dec or Jan was the master plan.....all benefits can be revoked with stroke of pen.....by administrator....private equity dream and you can’t escape you are trapped. Gotta work for them forever.....

Just look at indeed and glass door for reviews. If you subtract out fake reviews this place basically one star. Notice management isnt hoping online like they have done in past denying these rumors. They must be more than rumors. The last time I checked definition of fraud it read...wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. Massachusetts law says wage theft is.......It involves the intentional denial of wages or employment benefits to which employees are legally entitled. Toss in all the shady lab crap and you got yourself a good case. Though from what I understand there is hesitation at justice about taking down healthcare companies during a pandemic but I view that hesitation as more of time out and they are quite attentive to ongoing transgressions....little birdie. Maybe the first quarter might be eventful. But keep posting interested parties are watching. Anyone have more on this shady corona virus test this company tried to employ in March? More to follow

It’s because the Japanese despite not speaking English and lived 10k miles away were more in tune and better marketers then these Avista clowns. The first ceo Scott was whisked away away with the Ameritox scandal,....funny qui tam company gets bought and the first ceo they install pretty much does same shit. The second ceo was shitty dr evil rip off named dr moonshine and third is a nonwhite Dwight schrute....the whole world collapses because of wuhan flu and r***** buys Chinese corona virus test off of fucking alibaba or maybe directly from Chinese government. No one identifies with inform diagnostics.....these pe guys are are unbelievebly bad at business . The previous regime would never fire their best sales people. These morons did It and listed it as an accomplishment but left off sales fell 50 percent. Miraca at least tried to run the company.....these guys will sell all the contracts off and fire everyone to make quick buck. Americans dying in the streets and these shits selling snake oil.

did Dg really do a zoom call in his tighty whities.......Does anyone haVe video of this......I wanna see if you can see this poo stain.

This pretty much hits the nail on the head with their assessment of Inform. Also, we have a mass exodus of lab employees. Please don't forget that. The ship is sinking.

We have had a couple more lab employees quit since this was posted a month ago. I heard we have "lost" a few more sales reps. This is U-G-L-Y around here.

Go back to work. Let the adults handle the real business. You just put specimens in a machine. You are not important.

At this point you are going to have run your own specimens...o wait, you're not selling anything real anyways.

Sweetie, the adults are talking right now. You haven't sold anything in a while since you've been sitting on your couch for months. The adults are running cases to help the patients out. Now be a good little boy and go out and act like you know how to do your job and close some business.

This company doesn't have a growth model for the future. We are losing Texas pathologists at an alarming rate and nobody seems to care.

Growth model?? I'm just happy to still have a job here, Mass seems to be losing employees quickly as well. Wonder if AZ is still a hot mess?

Don’t worry Brandi and Kathryn can fix everything even though they actually never sold anything.

How'd we lose the UHC contract? I thought this was being taken care of?
