Ok so is nobody here really bothered that we have a 22 year old kid who in May 2020 was in college and she’s got hired as an Alzheimer’s AL? Making what? 165k in base plus bonus etc. she hasn’t paid her dues and we are all supposed to just ignore this? 22 and making 200k plus when you add bonus. Anyone else bothered by this?

Ok I have to jump in here. Yes she is only 22 but a few things. She went to an Ivy League school and second she’s brought in on a leadership development program. She will only do the AAL for a year then transition to Cambridge for a product manager role and then another year in operations. After that she will be in senior leadership. Point is she’s super talented and will be your boss’ boss boss very soon. 3 years is not that long!
