John Jacobs and Jeff Dierks need to hear the truth and act on our insights as to why this company is falling apart. No one wants to hear us and the DM’s are scared of us saying our truth and the repercussions for them - that’s why the Regional calls with Jacobs, Dierks and Dayno were canned. The sales force don’t trust you. If you want to learn what’s really going down you need to remove the bs barriers and listen or this company will implode - the way that this company treats the patient is not what I want my name associated with. Patients are at the heart of everything we do... that’s funny. Fire the woman in charge of the hub and start over for goodness sake. We are a shitshow and none of the sales peeps wants our professional reputations aligned with the way we treat patients.

 

Bhhahahahahah! Stop complaining and stop speaking on behalf of the sales force, there are reps. here that can actually sell and are doing well with all of the barriers. Do the rest of us a favor and reread the label on your RX bottle, do you see take once a daily? Seems like your missing a few doses.

 

This is such a childish and cruel post. Not everyone has the same degree of barriers as coverage is different for each territory. A company doesn’t lose more than 10% of its sales force in the first year (and more to come) when its well managed. Everyone they hired is talented and capable and are doing their best during unprecedented times that have been completely ignored by the leadership of this organization. Whoever wrote the above post- you are a mean spirited person and might be the only person happy working here.

I could see a scenario as JJ pulls the trigger on his options, which triggers others with large sums of options to pull the trigger on their‘s. And so and so on, than boom there is no more Harmony. I’m not 100% sure Harmony Biosciences sees 2021.

 

Isn’t JJ the only one that can exercise his stock options? He only had to wait 60 days while everyone else is 6 months.

 

John Jacobs and Jeff Dierks straight up stole nearly all the equity they used to trick us into coming here. Stock that would have paid for our kids college or allowed us to pay off credit cards gone when Senior Management pulled their let’s cheat the asshole employees out of their money. Now most of us aren’t even making a bonus. Toxic dump.

Sorry to tell you this kids but having worked with JJ at Cephalon I can assure you the only thing he was ever good as was kissing backsides. Perhaps he could teach that to the sales force.
