    Any other rep would have been fired a long long long time ago the fact she had a super nice innocent personality saved her no number job. But beware her next employer she is a snake in the grass. If anyone told her anything she is a snake.

    To all the job recruiters and hiring DMs looking at this board please take note! Jess G is only a detriment to your company, she got fired from this company! And will only ruin good teams!

    Thanks pp you are all knowing. Jess was just a shitty rep. We all knew it. She is a phony. Good riddance they should’ve fired her a long long to back. She will fail again in her new job. I bet you on that one. Right Jess?

    The Dallas team is falling apart, hate to say it but the leadership on the team was better before MH took over and that isn’t saying much. MH was better off in the field. He helped us better that way. Sorry! Guess MD’s buddy isn’t cut out for this position.

    MH is MD’s Vegas buddy. Just like MD’s friends /favorites get a territory...sometimes friends aren’t the best choice.

    MH was a mistake and all of his vacancies are proving that. To his defense, he was set up for failure.

    Set up for failure? Thanks for the post MH, DP put this team in fine shape. People started leaving because of the manager. Everyone goes back to DP for help. Now they are dropping like flies.

    MH only has one territory that he can manage without travel. Chips are stacked against him but that should not justify him being a disgusting, de-motivating, manipulative little man. No one likes him and it is showing!

    The most loved person in a room now is not liked seems very odd. Maybe he just isn’t cut to be a manager but being a manager during a pandemic may be hard. Some prove to be doing fine but they established relationships MH got the position and then the lockdown hit. Not sure about if he can or can’t do the job. But this all seems harsh.

    What seems odd is the number of employees that have left MH’s team. That many vacancies in the middle of a pandemic? Maybe he wasn’t the most loved person in the room after all.

    They hired the wrong guy...and another one left for grass that is greener on the other side, one of our best reps, a rep of the year. Worked under DP and learned from him. Lost a good one. That says a lot when that many leave a team.

    How many gone from MH team now? Sorry it does say a lot. But people are leaving for a lot more money like it or not we are all getting calls. And now that country is opening up more will leave. Avion gave good hard selling and referral’s are taking our reps away...for like 20-25 grand more. Across the board Underpaid compared to any other company so MH will see the post and leave for a rep job making more than a manager.

    Same thing happened at his last gig and everyone received 3% increases.
