Can anyone tell me about the manager in northern Illinois? She has two vacancies on a new drug which I find weird. Thanks for your help.

That’s because people have been quietly fired and told they can’t tell anyone or they could be sued.

People leave jobs. It's not always the manager, sometime they don't like the company. It's real shallow to put something like this out there because most would think you have a psycho manager. You don't see people jumping from high volume areas, it's usually the small potential areas where they aren't making money. Remember, bad managers are usually that way because of the heat they get from their direct report. I have no idea who this person is but let's not assume and throw it under a worst manager category.

I never said it was the manager. The fact is they are hiring 15+ positions right now. People are being fired 6 months after launch. Those people are being told to stay quiet like another poster stated.

May want to go back and check your facts. People don’t generally leave companies, they leave bad bosses.

its always smart to have a good employment discrimination lawyer ready as well.
pay a few thousand if you must as well to protect yourself and get a lawful severance not what they will offer which will be garbage. most people don't understand this, and get taken for a ride by these crazy companies.

Agree, but the point here is don't blame the DM when it's their RBD who's telling them to get people on plans. This is how the industry works and always has. The RBD reviews low performance and tells the DM to take care of it. Therefore, the RBD looks squeaky clean when they're the ones giving the direction.FACT

The one opening is because a guy was fired for something he did which was extremely stupid. The second opening is an expansion. Nothing weird about it.

what was the extremely stupid thing? That’s always good to read on CP? Was it an HR issue? Or did it have to do with sample allocations?

It was for sending food to physicians homes.

That would make zero sense because the company was openly advocating and communicating through managers down to reps that we got approval from compliance to have meals delivered to HCP’s even at home during covid and it wasn't a secret back room activity it was done with approval and widespread. They also authorized compliance exemptions to allow reps to take providers out to restaurants for a modest meal with a message which was a violation prior to covid. So it would have been for a different reason.

    It was an HR thing.
