If there’s a good ole’ boys network in the industry, it’s lead by Jimbo. It’s time for him to hang it up. The last couple years & the launch of Ajovy may be the most embarrassing moment in pharma history.

First you pull samples & pull the coupon (right as a powerhouse like Lilly launches a great product). At the same time still waiting on AI & refuse to negotiate with anyone including Medicaid. Not to mention not paying bonuses during COVID (while every other company in pharma is). Also asking reps to make multiple calls a day even though virtually every state is on “reactive” calls only, Do you honestly think docs wanna listen to a Veeva engage call? It’s amazing that any of us pulled off 1 or 2 of these. Let alone 3 Veeva engage calls per week? Docs don’t want to sit through a Veeva Engage. Are you serious?

It’s sad because Ajovy is hands down the best molecule in the class, but TEVA found a way to screw it up. Sorry but 1/4 dosing is as lame as the horse you own in Montana. Big surprise TEVA screwed up a launch.

Like Jim or not, he’s our leader & lead the charge with Ajovy. He bares all the responsibility of this clusterf*ck. Has anyone noticed how many reps are leaving on a daily basis? It’s because Copaxone is long gone, Teva is broke & is heading down the tubes. Ajovy sales blow & Teva screwed the pooch,
If you honestly think Kare gives a crap about you, your family or your job, well you are in la la land. Good reps leaving is exactly what they want. Watch how few they backfill. If they do, they’ll be offering <75k/year.

Jimbo is old news & needs to be replaced. He doesn’t have your back & only cares about his close knit group. Go ahead, tell me I’m wrong. Jim, you made a ton of money with Copaxone. Ride off into the sunset & let someone else take the reins.

That very last sentence sums it up perfectly. You have all the $$$ in the world, what are you thinking old man?

His old school ways are way behind the direction of this industry. This guy and his introvert ways must go. When was the last time he even walked up to you at a meeting or national function and even introduced himself, let alone acted like he cared who you were or what you did for the organization?
Talk about dead weight! The Copaxone days are long gone and so is that ancient style of so called leadership.

Still paying reps primary care salaries when most Neurology teams pay 130-150 base. Teva Blows! Corporate Blows! Ajovy bloooooows!

More like Tom and Deb need to go! Our salaries are way under what most Neurology sales forces make. 130-150 is the norm but Teva always seems to find a way to pay us as little as possible. But they sure want us to be that biopharma company. Good luck with that. Bet all those folks leaving for Biogen are getting paid.
