Have you seen the cost of benefits for a family of four? Bottom line...Most of us would in fact be willing to work for zero dollars and benefits.

Yep, that’s what happens when health insurance is through your employer. Beyond the PBMs and insurers, the system is set up to benefit those that live off investments or have high income jobs that also come with benefits. I certainly fall into that later category, but I do sympathize with wage workers or those in the lower middle class.

Most not in the upper middle
Or upper class are just getting by or rolling the dice and hopes they stay healthy.

They are making bank planning all these reorg/layoffs. Kind like the people foreclosing on farms during the Great Depression.

For sure and ZS has respect to who they recommend cutting vs those that are retained. It's just another pharma consulting project for them and when the dust settles they send the company a huge bill for their random acts of unkindness to the people who have helped build the company. I would agree older white males; especially those in higher income brackets are discretely targeted when these reorgs occur.

Isn't it about time we get the next monthly COVID - field access crucifying survey from John, Tres & company?

That way they can have those Chi-based communist liberal ZS consultants take one last look dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's before presenting their final recommendations to Lundy senior management in time for the mid-November reorg. HR and legal will need several weeks to prepare the severance packages to have ready for mailing following the bomb dropping after Peter's Nov, 12th Town Hall.

Hello ZS, how many are you recommending get cut vs. those who get pushed out of specialty to primary care?

Uh, why are they “liberal?” Because they are going to fire your hick ass?

I'd be willing to bet we will see a 10% minimum cut. Remember, they have already admitted some will be transitioned which means demotions to primary care. UGH!
