Anyone complaining about ET right now is just a lazy POS. There are more products in your bag than you can handle, ha - that sounds like a problem for someone that just doesn't know how to sell. Get your ass on the road, in accounts and in procedures and sell something. Then go sell another...

Stryker is winning GI contracts?!? You do know ‘dog’ this IS an EndoTherapy thread, right?

EndoTherapy has so many challenges. Challenges in the market, internally for OCA and Japan. The reps will continue to pay the price while clueless RVP middle managers (non leaders) beat the daylights out of them (did I say clueless). Whatever it takes to max profits. Career and life killer.

This is correct - RUN from Endotherapy. Horrible leadership, not all but RVPs seem to suck ass, a certain AVP really really sucks ass, what a wimp the guy is.....coward is more appropriate.

QUOTE="anonymous, post: 6024471"]Apparently Wijas is a real doozy. Thinks micro-managing is the way to grow business. Hey Wijas, you do realize ET is a distant 3rd, if not 4th in market share and it’s not even close? So, keep micro-managing your RVPs and ETMs and running everyone off. You’ll slide behind ConMed...(and will lose your job, rightfully so)
I would run, not walk, from an ETM position. No $ and you’ll be micro-managed into the ground. What good are new products if you can’t get them into the IDN systems? (Here’s a softball solution for corporate contracts but they’ll screw that up too) Olympus is bottom of the barrel nowadays[/QUOTE]

This place is a joke. Lambert is the worst. Couldn’t tell his ass from his face.
Whole sales force is barely making money, morale is down. NSM will be no help. Just more work and screwing us with quota nobody can hit. Horrible leadership. This place needs to be crumbled down to nothing and start over for any hope of a positive future. I’m OUT. Everyone should be too. And only a fool would interview with Olympus

ET has already been crumbled down in the past. They’ve had issues ever since they built it back up and hired new management. Think about all the money thats been wasted with all the turn over. And how much they will need to keep to skimming to pay for everything. How long will Japan allow it to continue?

It’s been a while since I’ve been on this forum, glad to see Lambert still sucks dick

Olympus is by far the worst place to ever work at. They treat reps like shit, they make it impossible to hit quota, the products blow. Nothing good about this job.
Hell even working for Boston and being an “order taker” would be better
I hope Lambert loses his job
