Are anyone else’s Docs complaining how bad our PI is and complex the device is? One of my top Pulms absolutely will not use Breztri and said it was to complicated and decided to take out the pages of our Pi to prove it to me. We’re doomed. Saying it’s free is not going to work this time.

Maybe you better go to training 101, because I’m not having any issues and my docs are loving it.

I have had mixed reviews here in Georgia. Cleaning the inhaler being a problem, but others are upset with the 50% reduction data. How else do you explain that over 70% in the study never had an exacerbation? . The Doctors are not idiots. It’s smoke and mirrors.

Stop bitching and learn how to sell, god why did you even get into sales if you bitch all the time. People like you need to sell clothes, flip hamburgers or clean toilets.

The only way to know if your docs are, in fact, "loving it" is by seeing the numbers - we have no data to verify whether they're loving it yet. Just because they tell you they think it's great doesn't mean they'll write. Time will tell. Is this your first pharma sales job?

Good luck AZ! It’s only a matter of time before these Docs realize the inhaler clogs if you don’t clean it and pts won’t be getting their doses. 50% exacerbation reduction is a sham. How about some real head to head data against our competitors.

I wonder how long it will be before they start threatening us with PIPs if our docs are slow to start writing? Bevespi was a nightmare launch--until AZ finally gave up on it.

My GSK rep has already called me out to all of my biggest targets. All I hear are questions about how often patients have to clean this device, how our data is misleading, and that coverage is spotty at best.

Not sure how to honestly overcome any of this. This is going to be a relationship sell.

Love how GSK reps continue to pose as an AZ reps. Must be some kind of nervous.
    Data is AWESOME!
    Cleaning device?....ROTFLMAO.

Actually, I have been around for a number of years. As a matter of fact, I used to work with your mother.

Sorry your Docs lie to you and you can’t trust them. I’ve got loyalist putting in the scripts.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tell drs that cleaning the device is a joke. I suggest leading off every call with how cleaning the device is a joke. Don’t let me down Mr or Mrs AZ rep, make sure to carry the FULL prescribing data and not the one stuck on the side of your samples that you conveniently removed the cleaning instructions from. You separated out the cleaning instructions and put them inside the sample to minimize it but have no fear... I’m carrying your FULL PI and drs are extremely interested in what I have to say about it.

So outside of the GSK trolls, let's call out the polka dot pink elephant in the room.....

We were told for over a year, no launch w/o at least 70% preferred access. We launch w/ literally no commercial preferred access, only Humana for Part D and lying to us around the "card". And who feels the brunt when one week in the org is well below expectations? Yup, the sales force.

One fucking week you cock sucking a-holes. The goals thrown at us MIGHT make sense if we had 70% preferred access at launch, but with what we have for availability you won't see half that number. So, the question then becomes what spell does DF have over this organization? The failure of Bevespi repeated now with Breztri. And yet, the MFer still can do no wrong. The buck stops there, and it is a buck that is covered in shit. Instead of dissing the sales force trying to play in a disadvantaged market, it is time to call out the person unwilling to play in the MM sandbox. He does not know the rules regardless of his PhD. Doing the same thing again and expecting a different result... get it?
And for what it is worth, the sales organization does not trust him nor has faith in him. Saw that an EDSM is retiring down south. Smart man.

The pressure only 9 days into launch (data wise) is excruciating!! AZ and it’s leaders should be ashamed of themselves
