    "I am out of her"

We don't need the play by play.

So funny the stupid people asking the same question in every meeting “will we be able to work fully remote when COVID is over?” . The non-answer you get every time should give you a hint - they don’t care if you like working from home. They don’t even care if you’re more productive (you’re probably not).

I went through the LD program here and I've been with the organization 15+ years. I've applied for numerous DM vacancies only to be turned down time and time again. My DM comes into the organization with no previous DM experience and after a year in the company receives this new title. A promotion after maintaining the last spot ranking for sales not only in our District but in the Nation.
No sour grapes, just putting it into perspective. Now i do what I need to do but do I really care, am I doing my best. Meh.

The best thing to do is leave and go to a place that respects and appreciates your skill set. You are better than Amgen.

Out of all the players on the field the player that doesn't score any points becomes the new "Coach".

There will be very few DM opportunities period. The LD program is full and very few of them will get jobs.

The reason? Pay attention to the Oct 28 call.

what was the company justification for promoting them then? I’ve never heard of a rep being promoted from a rep level to a dm either. At Celgene, they would make the top reps a DM but would never promote someone from the bottom of the rankings.

What call on the 28 th? A divisional call? Corporate call? Regional call?

You'd have to check with the NSD and the VP of Sales for BCBU-at the time for their justification on the DM promotions.
