In most cases this would not be removed. It depends on the violation. We take into account the nature of a crime when an individual is referenced. For example, a single DUI arrest would probably be removed depending on the circumstances.

Oh, boy! Love you mbryan! Take my upvotes all day long!

Lets talk this one through. This dude in florida, has been convicted of multiple (two) domestic violence charges, among other charges. Acell sees him as such an asset that they hire a life coach to chum it up with the rest of the region. His final "analysis" of the situation: why did you hire me to investigate the obvious, just fire this guy.

The IPO market this year has been nothing short of stellar. The fact that the acell roadshow was an embarrassment tells you all you need to know about the CEO. He blew it. He was hoping his banking relationships would cover up the company warts, but when your roadshow is a cringeworthy crud and your director of sales is a halfwit clown with ZERO experience, even your banking buddies that owe you favors run for the hills. Mission failed

Another day has passed, pressing us closer to November 17th.

Imagine Samuel L Jackson saying, “Tick tock mofos!”

even more concerning to me is that the board sits by and allows management to continue down the same path, despite the spectacular public failure on the IPO.

I heard from a current employee that many sales reps aren’t afraid of losing their job at this place because it’s that bad. They also said that most people use this place as a launch pad to something better. I guess those that have stayed found a way to make it work and the others in the majority are actively looking.

It gets to the point where you see other reps at the hospital and you start to envy them because you realize they are working for a legitimate company, and you get mad at yourself for falling for the mirage that ACell created. The company survives on daily OR board checking, scrub sink selling, and colorful pitches and presentations. No other company or rep i've ever spoken with has had to walk a daily tight rope like you do here.

It’s all finally making more sense. Now I know why they stopped pushing us so much on the off label stuff. Originally, there was a big push to do whatever it takes but then when the DOJ stuff hit they must have realized that there would be no IPO until that got cleaned up. They obviously pulled back on the off label activity to help Pat get us to IPO. I left because a better opportunity came my way that didn’t require me to sneak around and ambush surgeons based on the OR boarding schedule. Now that the IPO is dead, I assume everyone is scrambling to figure out if they go back to what worked and risk getting caught or wait around with worthless stock while things get worse. Don’t regret leaving when I did.

there’s a number of people lying in depositions that are going to get busted b/c they don’t know the evidence with their name attached to it. This is why you don’t lie under oath.

Everything is on the record.....: Don’t lie!

senior leadership has been fully informed ... everyone knows it - everyone knows that William is a tool of
    Patrick.

compliance investigations by Chris Branch and Bill? Would not pass .... the most basic test

they are both Tools of Patrick and “Skip!”

    never find anyone in c

People are already getting caught in lies during depositions because they don’t the evidence with their name attached to it. It’s gonna get ugly for some people y’all

I don’t know much about the messy lawsuit and everyone involved, but I know my manager down here is a creepy unprofessional jerk that yells at people and makes us uncomfortable. I also know that he’s been arrested 3 or 4 times and HR ignores it. The RM knows all about it but doesn’t nothing. The director of sales knows all about it and does nothing!

You’ve consciously put women in a very uncomfortable position by allowing this guy to manage us and if I speak up, I’ll get in trouble.

November 17th - this is fun. At least you guys will have free time this year to spend with family over Thanksgiving and Christmas instead of listening to VPS tell you to "hope for holiday traumas" to put up numbers.
