Convince me that Aerie will be here in a year. What a joke of company! Stocks continue to bleed while “leadership” talks about a bright future. I see a bankruptcy buy before a winning new product...

Wall Street must have been patched in to Maria’s meeting last week... She is the worst and some of the DM’s she hired are right behind her... always nice catching up with slow Joe... we always make a point to talk to him to for a minute or two and then laugh that this guy is actually a manager... funny how these leaders are picked at Arie... didn’t think that stock they gave me when it was $12 could go any lower but Aerie is full of surprises

Every share of stock they have given anyone from inception is not worth the paper it’s written on. What reason does anyone have to stay....

The stock was important in my decision to join Aerie. Did not think it would ever get this low. Very sad how leadership and those making millions treated this company

When a company rewards individuals who are not good people to their very core things like this tend to happen. Maria spoke bad about her boss constantly undercutting him because she wanted his position. What does Aerie do? They give her his job. What is the first thing Maria does? She hires her friends as her managers though more qualified individuals applied for the positions. She also hands a job to an individual that has no business leading a team in what looks to be a very suspicious hire. Companies don’t succeed when they foster this type of culture. I do like my work hours and pay so I will ride this out a while longer.

When you over-promise and under-deliver to Wall Street more than once, you should expect your stock price to be pummeled.

July 2018, the stock was above $71. Now it's under $10.

    What does that mean?

    Doom.

Abandon hope all ye who work here.

There are many promoted here that have undermined their direct report. What’s so funny is they get promoted and are so unqualified and frankly just bad people to the core but are good and pulling the wool over everyone’s eyes.

Give examples. MZ is the only one I am aware of.

There are no other examples. Maria is the only one. Once she is gone the morale around here will improve drastically and we can start being open about how we really feel without the fear of her bullying and retaliation.

Maria is not the only one. That whole sales leadership team needs to go. Evan is unfit as a leader and HJ thinks I will sell more with disc.

There are others! HJ is also delusional and promoted someone who is afraid to talk, has no leadership skills or experience and frankly couldn’t sell herself. HJ is not a good person either but plays the game like the rest.

I am very concerned about the future here. To not hear one thing from the executive team about the stock price is so disappointing and demonstrates more than ever that they don’t care about people who work here. They have made their millions already. Why should they?

They thought they were going to have sold by now. So did I. But the stock was going to get to a couple hundred dollars a share. We were all wrong. Should have never came over here but now I feel stuck. My manager is incompetent and when Maria checks in with me I have to pretend everything is good even though I can’t stand her

The problems Aerie has are more profound than one reps obsession with Maria. Why the continuous obsessive posts about her? Go on another thread to complain about her. What we are talking about is Aerie’s soon-to-be end. No way they can or will sell now. We are underwater. I shake my head as to why I ever left my last company for this dumpster fire excuse for a reputable organization.

Same feeling here . Another week goes by and crickets from management.

Agree with most of your comment except most of us on Maria’s team know what kind of person she really is. She really is that bad. Not sure about the others but I’m not obsessed just disappointed leadership rewards her behavior. Definitely several people on here sharing their feelings on her. I know that for a fact

Vince should stop posting his pro-Trump/anti-science propaganda on FB and do his effin job. Lead the company out of the toilet. Ah, what does he care, he's already made his millions off this company. He can just dick around spouting B.S. on facebook while the company burns. He don't give an eff about the people that work there. Now, back to work all of you, so he can pay his internet bill!
