Is it true that the Colson Group is trending down? There was an article in a fInancial review suggesting that the Pritzker family is in talks to liquidate the floundering medical device group. "Valuation compared to stagnant inventory is now upside down."
Not surprising. All those Colton device companies do not spend a dime on R&D or innovation. The Democratic Pritzker family spend their profits on everything except keeping their companies relevant. OsteoMed finally let go of Walt, which was about 15 years too late. Nice guy but he was an accountant, not a medical device CEO. He never left his office, surgeons did not know him, he didn't go to trade shows, etc. He just watched numbers all day without any idea of what competitors and physicians were doing in the real world.
