Biohaven: Good product, mediocre company compared to what was promised it would be and scummy, unethical yet accepted behaviors galore. It's a paycheck.

Spot on. The system is set up for high volume territories. IC folks have no clue how to set baselines, neighborhoods ,etc.

If there system was so bullet proof, how did you overpay us in Q2? Because your system is flawed.

The first place to look is overall potential in CGRP market.

system flawed. Company flawed. No space in preventives unless we keep giving it away.. can’t sustain free drug for long. Looking for a new job, too unstable and so health risky now. Not worth it. Rural areas are screwed

Yes it is. It’s all headache centers. They are minimally effected by Covid and refill rates much higher since the patients are more compliant. Look at the territories that have them. Higher volume and better rankings, duh. Screw everyone else and out dumb RBD can’t figured this out. Easy to say when you have no clue and manage behind a desk and are oblivious to reality. How about that synchrony data?? Every company knows it’s jaded. IMS is the gold standard and we don’t want to invest in the true picture of sales. Get it together BioHaven or this won’t be a good future for all of us paying the bills.

Wait..this is a company that some Regionals and District managers took business plans from candidates and then didn't hire them; turning around and using the connections and information for their own benefits, Why is anybody surprised?

No reason to stay. No incentives. All that promise on the start: Done. Continued micromanagement and it’s only going to get worse. Our product is not that great: ask providers. #overitinthemidwest

Very true. I’m leaving January 1st. I did NOT sign up for an overly-micromanaged run of the mill pharma job. This place was supposed to be different. I suspect a lot more people will follow suit

100% - pharma pipe dreams. We all chase it. But tons of pharma companies are laying off. You’re not safe anywhere.

I had a ‘new’ Hiring manager At An Amgen Interview keep my brag book under the pretense ‘i was the one‘. I was not the one; he Said he threw it away When I contacted him to ask for it back. I then found out that it is against their HR policy for him to have done that. Probably similar policy at other companies. And no, I was not an old and desperate Rep that was out of a job! (And no, I still am not old/desperate-looking for a job.).

    Never leave a brag book.

And never interview with a terrible company like Amgen.

Biohaven sucks too. I left after knowing during covid it was nuts to be out there trying to call on closed offices. The RD is crazy

Offices pretty much closed in Midwest. If Reps are putting in calls it’s lies. This company has turned into bullshit. Incredibly challenging numbers are demanded and it’s not possible to really see these providers. Our regional director is an asshole and my manager is not far behind.

90% of our offices closed to reps In March and have never reopened. Call plan is useless. Getting pressure on activity. Translate that to make shit up. Numbers are excellent though I don’t know how. How does it help to company for us to enter fake calls? I really want to know.
