Serious question, if you are gainfully employed why would you go to work for either of these organizations?
Nothing to cause a Derm or Plastic to change other than pay or price.
Neither will be anything but an afterthought within the next couple of years.

 

people quitting left and right over here because the work culture is so negative don’t believe what they tell you. The pressure is unrealistic

 

I just got another offer, I am putting in my 2 week notice next week.
