I can assure you the vast majority of us have made it look like we are blowing it out with the virtual garbage and office based calls. You have to make yourself seem needed by Looneybeck! I agree 2021 the whole industry will be under attack, and especially those like us with me-too drugs. We won’t be able to compete. Damn, I need to get a back up plan for next year for sure out of this pos ind!

Peter’s call will be interesting to see if those on here who predicted all along he would announce tomorrow on the Town Hall the reorg study has been completed and we will be notified w/I the next few days, or right after the Thanksgiving holiday is very likely.

Novo Nordisk had their big bloodshed today. Check out the long list of thread on their board. We are not immune to it here folks. Good luck to all!

Wtf, this Town Hall is a joke. Not one thing yet mentioned about the reorg. If not today, how much longer Peter, John and Julie are you all going to make us wait for the announcement????

I left for another company right after to town hall was announced in August. So I would guess no reorganization of any kind or layoff was announced? If not, what did PA have to say.

Honestly nothing, But compliance is cracking down on expense reports and emails , And a lot of reps and managers seem to be getting Covid.

Exactly, very disappointing. What the hell are we waiting on here now till the Dec Town Hall for them to tell us when they are gonna finally pull the trigger in early 2021? Maybe we are synching our early 2021 layoff to be the same timeframe as Otsuka and Takeda. WTF. Total waste of time and just so much fluff. Who the F cares about our lame pipeline with the majority of products projected out to 2025 and we all know the chances of anything coming from that list is gonna be slim as always here. Nothing much in the near future here for psych, if anything.

And what about that nerd, Ethan on the Town Hall video out in the wilderness going on and on before announcing the Q3 Super Star Winner? Literally laughed my ass off listening to him yapping.

As far as I am concerned, as well as many that I have spoken with, it’s business as usual. We work from home a few hours a day , and try to make a few office calls IF we can. Our never ending vacation continues! As of today, I consider myself on vacation until we come back In January. I only have a few real vacation days left, but with Covid-19 going crazy and the flu coming up, I think it wise to stay inside 95% of the time. But I still think it’s safe to get in 18 at least once a week wouldn’t you agree? I mean we are outside and all, so I say go for it!

Lol, of course and you should expense lunch for you and your golfing buddies and figure out a way to creatively expense it so your Msgr doesn’t catch it on the expense report. Hopefully your golf game is rapidly improving with all that play time

Actually I don’t play golf, but my tennis game has improved immensely! I also say it’s business as usual. I can’t see LUNDBECK laying off lots of reps, or ASMs for that matter, because without us what will they do. Also unless they have renegotiated our Contracts with our alliance partners, we have to guarantee them a certain number of contacts per day. I can never see LUNDBECK doing what many on here have proposed, one rep territory. They are just too scared to make that kind of change.
