I came here from big pharma as an exec sales rep and got an increase a few yrs ago. John & Tres have committed to raising our salaries to be competitive w/ the industry in early 2021.

And they are going to do so now given terrible launches and Northera LOE? With what money and under who’s authority?

I think there are a lot of unchartered waters ahead of us and many other pharma companies as well. And we may see some senior Mgmt heads roll over that bad Vyepti purchase by mid 2021.

Lundbeck is not the type of company to venture into uncharted waters. They play it safe. One thing to really worry about is what the government has up their sleeves to reduce the cost of drugs in 2021. If it’s the best price deal, the industry is screwed. It’s definitely coming next year regardless of who is elected.

I don’t think Lundbeck would be so daring to go to 1 rep per territory even though we all know it makes sense. The biggest problem we have is no pipeline, not to mention VYEPTI and LOE on Northera next year.

    This will be interesting.

The day of reckoning is not far off. PA’s Town Hall tomorrow morning will be interesting to see if the corporate non-transparency gloves finally come off and the bomb is announced on how this reorg - optimization will go down. Fuck, it’s been 6 1/2 weeks since it was announced in late September, how much longer can they keep skirting it on the Town Hall Q&A’s?

Will be interesting to see if he addresses it proactively, or if the questions regarding the pending reorg will be answered and not blown off again. As Gramps Dementia Douchebag Biden says, “COME ON MAN!”

Yes note they don’t allow everyone to see questions asked on these calls.
It’s gonna be a bloodbath as Otsuka is already evaluating each territory asked on access and going to one up while Takeda is scheduled a big lay off soon.

Shae’s call is next week. She was brought in to reduce headcount so I’m sure PA will let her handle it. I think we all like her as much as we liked Nadia .

The Meridian Vyepti Sales Force is
currently set up as a 1 person per
    territory sales force with currently
    87 territories.

‘And therein lies the problem. One Neuro rep with 2 Neuro drugs. Anything more is stupid. 1 psych rep per territory with all 3 drugs in one bag. Lundbeck has never, ever, maximized their sales force. After tomorrow, everyone will be scratching their heads trying to make sense of their stupidity. Wait and see.

Pete is a moron just like JA, Tres, Kaya, $2 Billion Dunsire, and the rest. I will continue to stay home until I feel safe and offices open back up completely! I told them once to get used to the NEW NORMAL! Now get used to it!

What a joke of a Town Hall! So many ppl texting like when are they gonna finally say something here of any value that is really important to all of us right now. So we drag on this delayed reorg announcement adding more anxiety literally dragging us thru the Thanksgiving holiday on edge of the unknown. They already know what the outcome of their decision is so why make everyone wait and worry. Biggest line of horse shit I have ever seen. What does waiting to share more on the December TH really gonna change from their perspective? We know ZS Associates has already delivered their reorg consulting proposal and charging Uncle Lundy a ridiculous fee for throwing darts at who gets the ax.

Funny when JA sarcastically said they weren't ready to share any more information yesterday. But the real clinch was when we got to the Q&A and the question about PTO rollover came up. JA said, "This PTO rollover to 2021 question keeps coming up and we are not changing our position to allow it." Well JA, most other companies allow a standard rollover of five (5) days max to the next year and have for years. Why is this company so resistant to allowing this to be flexible.

Many believe the decision to delay the reorg till early 2021 is because PA, JA, and Julie have seen how many ppl sandbagged their 2020 PTO and they won't have to pay out all the money for it in addition to the severance.

Totally agree with the post above. The Town Hall was just more monthly rhetoric regurgitating a-lot the of the same bs as before. The reorg delay and PTO responses were absolutely a crock of sh!t. I sat there and was like wtf, are you people kidding me?

And I am so sick of senior leadership and my asshole ASM telling us to be using up our PTO over and over this year. That is my time and I will choose when and how I want to take it. When JA said PTO isn’t just to be saved up for a vacation when most people are not traveling this year, I was totally cracking up. JA, most AMs and ASMs have been saving their PTO as an insurance policy should they get cut in the reorg and be w/o a job to collect extra $$$$$ assuming this was happening before year end. You know that’s why there are so many that still have a ton of PTO remaining, so why not just say it on the Town Hall?

Weird. I have never heard senior management talk about PTO before. That shit is generally beneath them. Since it doesn’t roll over, I suspect as you do that they don’t want to pay it out during a before end of year layoff.

Where have you been all this time?

Kaya, John, and Tres have been talking about it on all of our Town Halls since May. My RBD and ASM have done the same multiple times. It was mentioned by all of them during our Sept Virtual POA too.
