Potato, potato. All same type of people, management style and who don’t know anything about the world outside of AbbVie and Abbott. We need new blood and outside-in perspective for real change.
These types of moves are planned years in advance. Carlos just did not wake up and say "Fuck it! Stop directly elevating the next white person to the role. yes, I am sure he is amazing. but he is white. and it just the same. and that is the problem.
