30 plus pharma/biotech person here. Just keep investing(maxing out or at least contributing to the full amount of company match) in your 401k and also see if your company allows what they call an "in kind transfer" or "backdoor Roth." This allows you to put money above and beyond the 401k pre-tax contribtions. This will be post-tax money that will grow tax free and will be tax free upon withdrawal.It will be like a tax free pension when you get older. Good luck!
