Reps & Managers coming down with Covid

Coward? I’ll accept and take risk I deem appropriate and you can go fuck yourself. I actually don’t mind taking precautions and working with my providers in an appropriate manner however, taking may manager along is simply neglect on Lundbeck’s part. That dumb bitch is useless and they are a traveling vector for the virus not mention also being a vector for absolute ignorance that dribbles from her lips.

 

Upper management will defend lower management to the death. The ASM in St. Louis is the perfect example. The worn out DM/rep model has been broken for years, but management in this industry being so lackluster, this will never change. I have never benefited from one thing that has come out of my Lundbeck manager’s mouth in 7 years!

I will be the first to admit that I am and will continue to milk the Covid deal as long as I can. I don’t want to go back to driving all over hell to say, “sign here”, or just to see my counterpart or alliance partner walking into the same office I was going into. Somehow my numbers are good. I am very happy with our current situation. I really don’t think we will see a major type of reorganization like Novo just went through. We have too big a commitment to our alliance partners. We may be in the same situation we are now in the majority of next year, and that’s just fine with me!
