All those other salesforces being pulled from the field must not have gotten those essential employee letters.
There’s still plenty of sales forces in the field. Based on conversations with my offices, seems like the ratio is 80/20 in the field vs pulled. I agree we should be pulling back face to face, but it’s not fair to act like EVERY company but Supernus is pulling their reps.
Not at all what I’m seeing. I guess it depends on your location but I’ve only seen a handful of reps in the field over the past few months. The doctors that actually let me in are always surprised I’m still in the field and are not seeing reps in person. I’m shocked Supernus has nothing to say about this. there’s no question that it is unsafe to be in the field in many parts of the country so it’s more than a little upsetting that they are willing to risk our health and safety and that of our families.
B!tching on here about it isn’t going to get you any more calls, man! Go out there and let’s close out 2020 with a bang! Let’s see if we can hit all time highs in DCA, which we know will lead us to immense growth and wealth because we are getting paid per script!! Forget the hemorrhaging that will ensure you never see those dollars, and just get out there! We have two very old products that are versions of even older products, and they have very little life left in them, but we are still going to try due to the ineptitude of the person who fills out paperwork for the FDA! So give it the old college try, okay?
At this point I guess asking for a viable marketing piece or program is asking too much after the news we received today. How do you sign up for and pay for a program to sample nationwide without researching first? We are asked to come prepared to work everyday! Everyone at this company should be held to that same standard.
More inline with what I am seeing. Our company has taken a much different stance than any other company I know of. I have 8 friends all at different pharma companies & none of them have pushed in the field like Supernus has done with us. It is truly unforgivable. They claim “we” are their biggest “asset”, however, their actions don’t match their words.
hey buddy, it’s not about scripts, paychecks & bonus plans. It’s about our families and the fact we are in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC, yet our company is conduction business as usual. Maybe you don’t have a family or a future other than your ADP deposit that comes every other week, but there is more to life than money.
I am simply just thankful to have a job and a paycheck this holiday season. Especially when millions are jobless.
True. And I agree. But I find myself asking myself at what point is a paycheck worth risking my safety and my family’s safety? And why is my company, who claims I am their biggest asset, also not asking or answering that question? It seems like it’s easy to say how much we are appreciated at Poa’s but when the time comes to actually back up those beliefs there’s nothing.
Nail on the head! not to mention we have all the tools to telework. My offices were shocked when we were still in field in beginning, surprised when we returned and still surprised we are asked to be out. What the company doesn’t realize is that it’s a very poor look to our HCP’s... while many of them love us & believe in our products Supernus is showing their true colors to the world during these trying times.
Exactly. I’ve found myself defending Supernus to doctors and staff that are almost angry on my behalf. Definitely a bad look to value money and sales over your people and patients bc don’t forget, us going into offices unnecessarily (we are NOT essential by anyone’s definition other than Supernus) is creating more risk for them. And then to have an rd following us in on top of that! This is not happening w any other Pharm company. You’re kidding yourself if you think it’s normal and not sending the wrong impression to the sales force and our customers. It’s not ok. Wake up Supernus.
